FINDER'S FEE POLICIES
Sedulous, Inc. is dedicated to assisting investors locate viable investment opportunities which fit their specific interests and business objectives while assisting companies find the human and financial resources they need to start, expand or maintain their operations. In the process of doing so, we conduct all of our conversations quietly and hold information provided to us in the strictest of confidence.
We recognize that the single most valuable piece of information in our business is the name of the right contact at the right company at the right time. We gladly will pay finder's fees for introductions which lead to completed contracts with our firm as outlined below.
EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT
A finder's fee will be paid to the person who first refers to us a company which signs a contract with us to search for an executive position and which ultimately hires a candidate referred to that company by us. No finder's fee will be paid until all fees due to Sedulous, Inc. are paid.
CAPITAL ACQUISITION
A finder's fee will be paid to the person who first refers to us a company which signs a contract with us to seek capital investment and which ultimately receives an infusion of capital from an investor referred to that company by us. No finder's fee will be paid until all fees due to Sedulous, Inc. are paid.
FIRST REFERRAL
Once we have determined that a company referred to us is not a company with which we have already had contact, we will register the person making the referral as the finder of record and send a fee agreement form to that person after discussion regarding the appropriate fee.
